Shipping & returns

Returns and Refunds:

 

Our refund and returns policy will last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Terms apply) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Terms:  A 25% handling fee applies to all returned items. Excluding the below.

  • Damaged or missing items for reasons due to our error

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To return your item you must email info@pressit.uk and wait for a confirmation email.

Please note that any machines containing batteries can not be sent 24hrs. This will cause a delay in transit to yourself.

Your order will be despatched using Parcel Force. As we use third-party couriers, PressIT UK cannot guarantee 100% of next day deliveries. On average 95% of packages are delivered with in the time frame there is a 5% average on delays. PressIT UK are not liable for any delays due to the couriers. Shipping charges are Non-Refundable. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Damages of packages must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.
